I've written to Oprah to request a show on celiac disease in October. October is celiac disease awareness month and I'm hoping others will write in requesting a show on this topic. With their huge viewership, more people would likely be diagnosed. Not only would that help those suffering without knowing why but would also help those already diagnosed. The more people diagnosed, the more the food manufactures, drug companies, restaurant chains, etc. will work to provide safe alternatives which are gluten-free.
