Hello all. I am so glad to have found this forum. There is so much amazing information.

I "think" that I am Gluten Intolerant, but have not had any testing done. So far removing all gluten from my diet has changed my life. Like so many people have said, I didnt know how bad I felt till I felt better.

For some reason my body decided to tell me very suddenly that it was not happy. After a few doctor visits,some meds that did nothing and some x rays I think I found out whats been going on.

The whole ordeal left a bad taste in my mouth for normal medicine and left a big hole in my wallet...

But things are looking up, this is not that hard, after the intense pain I was having, its not hard to pass on things I think might bring it back.

I look forward to making my own bread,(is that a little sadistic or what?) and converting recipes to GF. And with all the info and help on here I truly believe that I can enjoy Gf versions of my favorite things.
