Could these be symptoms too?

While I'm waiting for my follow up doctor's appointment on Friday, I'm thinking of some other symptoms that I wonder could be related. Sometimes when I am scratching or touching my head, I get a terrible sharp pain. My mother also has a nerve problem in her face which causes her tremendous pain (enough to land her in the hospital with heavy duty pain killers). Also when my digestive system acts up I get small bumps on the backs of both my hands. It is not DH, but I'm wondering if it could be the beginnings. I've asked one doctor about it and they didn't think it was anything to even look at.
