I am not a big fan of salt and pepper, I prefer my food bland. But, on the off key chance I use these .. will the disease attack me later?

Thanks all.

Hi Padams!

Plain salt (NaCl, a crystal) and plain black, white, or red pepper with no other flavorings added to them, are fine and don't contain gluten. You need to watch out for additives in things like "Lemon pepper", etc.

Good luck!
