Hi all!
So I am dying to try out my new bread machine. I am trying to keep it simple at first so I don't have tons of flours laying around; I have the Bob's Wonderful mix to try. I don't see a GF cycle per se, and they recommend the Basic setting for their own GF recipe.
For you experienced Zoji owners, do you program your own cycle or use Basic? Does it depend?
Finally, does someone have a recipe for an amaranth-based bread? Amaranth bread has been my favorite GF bread so far.
Thanks! |

I use my Zo for the Anna's bread mix, she states to use the 2hr 8 min setting. I think it is in the book under quick wheat bread setting.
When I use her mix for a pizza crust I take it out before the rising cycle.
I love that machine.... |

Check out this thread. There are specifics about programming the Zo. Happy baking! _________________ -Colleen

Thanks - for the life of me I couldn't find that...and I see how to program my Zo now.
I just followed the directions on the Bob's bag and used the Basic cycle for my first loaf, which is about to start baking. *crosses fingers* It smells so great to have fresh yeast bread in the house again...
I have one of the heavy Kitchen Aids, too (have had it for years) so I may try some of the mixer recipes anyway. |
