I'm very sensitive to MSG, my wife is allergic to dairy, and we are both gluten intolerant and vegan, yet we love tasty food. Over the years, we've come up with recipes that everyone likes, not just those with food allergies.

We've just released Pure and Simple, a vegan, gluten free and MSG free cookbook, and we've been very excited to see that many people love it and use it every day.

oh my. What can you eat? I have a few friends that are vegan, and they depend very much on bread.

I am a vegan - it's not difficult at all. Delicious!

Really? I'm not going vegan, but I think my friend might have celiac, and she's vegan. She's really thin and super pale, like she's almost undernurished.

She should see a dietitician. Maybe she doesn't know how to properly balance her good fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

From what I understand it's pretty difficult to make sure you're getting proper nutrition on a vegetarian diet, let alone a vegan one. I second the idea of nutritionist.
