I love cooked jello pudding and also jello gelatin. Are these products gluten free? I was not sure because I know that artificial flavorings are often used.
Also, is cool whip gluten free? |

Both of those products are owned by Kraft, which clearly labels their gluten. Cool whip was GF the last time I bought it. All of the Jello pudding flavors I have bought have been GF also. Best to read the label every time, though. This is easy because they are both Kraft.
Enjoy! _________________ -Colleen

It's my understanding that gluten containing ingredients won't be clumped into the artificial flavoring category because they come from natural sources.
It is possible for gluten to be hidden in the natural flavorings listing.
LIke Colleen said, with companies like Kraft we don't have to worry about hidden ingredients. |

| Al, For a minute there I got a little worried. Glad to hear you follow the same guideline. |
