I'm sorry you're still not feeling better Sump.
1. Some people notice other food problems once they've been off gluten. Usually it's with corn or dairy. After going GF I also gave up (most) dairy.
2. This is a hurdle, just like giving up gluten is a hurdle. You can do it!
3. If you need to, start slow. Stop having that extra bowl of cereal at night. Or stop eating that really rich chocolate. Take it one step at a time. I like Noatak's idea of trying it for a week or so. The worst thing that happens is you don't feel better. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Ok, now i'm just really confused...I was feeling so horrible for the past few days. I just ate a yogurt, since pretty much everything was making my stomach ache, and after eatting the yogurt, I feel much better! o.o No more bloating, no more gas, nothing!
I'm gonna try to get a doctor in a few weeks or so, see what else could be going on with my body o.O Is there an explaination for that? |

Well, the yogurt does have probiotics (the good bacteria), so maybe you need a boost to your digestive system's flora? _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
