| Hello, I'm new here, and I've been diagnosed with the sprue. I am an avid weightlifter and was wondering if anybody knew anything about creatine and taking it with this condition. Does it contain gluten and if it doesn't has it caused anybody problems? Thanks! |

While I don't know anything about taking Creatine per se, I did find one GF creatine supplement so it does appear that it can be found without gluten. I also found one with gluten (see link). If the bottle you are using is not labeled to be free of gluten, It would be prudent to check with the manufacturer on the ingredients. What is the brand name? Maybe one of us has experience with the company. _________________ -Colleen
