Thank you so much for the tip on rice. I was wondering why I was reacting so badly to rice not knowing they were spraying it with wheat starch. I threw it out and got some Uncle Bens. I am symptom free this morning.(HOORAY!!!!!) Judy |

Yvonne - Can I ask you about your yeast problem and peanuts/aspergillis? I seem to be sensitive or allergic to aspergillis - namely in citric acid as well as in fermented tamari and miso. I don't eat a lot of peanuts or peanut butter but when I do I don't notice a problem (though I know that a kind of aspergillis can grow on them).
Anyway, just curious.
PS hope you're having a better day! _________________ Stephanie |

Hi Stephanie,
I actually didn't have any symptoms from the peanuts / aspergillus. My BEST practitioner picked it up when I saw her last time. She picked up a yeast infection but it showed that it definitely wasn't candida, so she investigated and found that peanuts and trail mix were the problem. This kind of testing is really impressive, it shows up exactly what kind of food is causing the problem. For instance it shows up that I have a really big problem with rye and oats, and white flour is not quite as bad. I also have a really big parasite problem. Trying to kill the little buggers off!
I went off peanuts completely for the past 6 weeks although I wasn't having much - mostly peanut butter. I am seeing my practitioner again today so I'll know if its gone or not.
Sooo bloated today and got the 'poking stick' pain again. Never mind - I'm sure I'll eventually stop glutening myself!
MJ have you had your YORK results back yet?
Have a great day guys! |
