You're very lucky!
I had a very bad case of CC when I went there...and that was a few years ago...haven't been back since.
I don't know...I just have a problem entering the place since it has "bread" in its name...
I miss the Gluten-Free Bread Basket up in NY... _________________ ~Torrey

OK - I'll amend my reply to read: "I just figure that any place with bread in the name (exception: those with GF also in the name) is off my list...

Recently received from the Cheesecake Factory:
| Quote: | Thank you for your interest in The Cheesecake Factory. Although we prepare dishes that we do not add wheat, oats, rye or barley, our concern is that some of our sub-ingredients may contain trace amounts of gluten, particularly imported ingredients. In addition, we do not have separate cooking equipment to prepare flour and no-flour based items.
Because we understand that sensitivities can vary, our managers will be happy to help you select dishes that we do not add wheat, oats, rye or barley. Our servers and managers are extremely knowledgeable about all the ingredients in our dishes. Under the strictest guidelines, we recommend non-marinated vegetables, chicken, steak, shrimp or fish pan cooked, as opposed to grilled.
The only cheesecake that does not contain wheat flour is our Godiva Cheesecake, however, the pan release product we use on the pan does contain flour. I also must caution you that all of our cheesecakes are produced in the same facility and we therefore cannot guarantee against cross contamination. |
Be careful out there, folks... _________________ -Colleen

I ate at Biaggi's in Omaha just yesterday - it was FABULOUS!! The way the staff spoke about my meal and the way the manager asked if I was going to be eating pasta let me know that they understood CC issues and would be boiling a fresh pot of water for my GF pasta.
I ate a farfalle alfredo dish that was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I ate way too much! But it was amazing, affordable, and well worth it. I really felt welcome and unafraid to enjoy myself.
Too bad there's no Biaggi's near me at home |

ACK! You should've let me know! We could've had a Close Encounter.
Glad you enjoyed the place though. We'll be hitting it up again this weekend. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
