I don't know if any of you who have to be Casien free and Gluten free have seen this flour mix. They offer free recipes on the site as well

I have never tried this product, but several people of different boards that I go to have raved about this mix.

The prices seemed very good. I didn't check out the shipping prices. If nothing else, you can see some new recipes. Smile
