So I was in Safeway the other day browsing through the Indian food and found some naan bread made by Patel that listed lentil flour - and no gluten. Anyone know about this product ??

I came home and googled Patel, Patel foods, etc. and I can't get a home page for it - so I guess I'll have to back to Safeway and see who the ultimate mother company of this product is in order to research it.

Wink Of course, it would be easier if someone out there knew the product !

It's Patak Smile

And on their site: http://www.pataks.ca/products/index.html , they list all of the gluten-free options. I think you mean the Pappadums, too Smile

It's okay - I am familiar with the product otherwise I'd probably have no idea! I've used their curry pastes and their tandoori pastes in a pinch.

It's Pappadums, not naan.
