I was googling gluten free recipes yesterday, when I came across this website for "1-2-3 Gluten Free" products:
http://www.123glutenfree.com/
I was wondering if any one has tried their products, and if so, how are they?
Here is a quote from the website:
| Quote: | Our products are manufactured in a dedicated gluten-free (and peanut-free and nut-free) kosher facility utilizing only gluten-free ingredients. Your health is our number one priority. All of our products are gluten free, wheat free, nut free and peanut free. Many of our products are also free of soy, corn, egg, and dairy (including casein) and their labels clearly indicate this.

They have only a few products, but some of them are "multi-use" type mixes: Bundt Poundcake, Southern Glory Biscuits, Sugar Cookies, Rolls, etc.
I don't have a huge selection of specialty GF products around here, just a few things at the health food store, and Walmart. It would be nice to hear from someone else before we make the "shipping" investment. |

I have never heard of this company either. I was looking at their prices and if I were to order enough to spend the shipping almost to nothing added in the price, the cost of the oats were fantastic. I pay $6,50 for what they want less than $5.
I will have to keep them in mind when I get some extra $$. Thanks! _________________

I've picked up a couple of their products at a local health food store. I've had a package of the biscuits sitting in my pantry for quite awhile. Perhaps I'll make them to night and report back.
Are there specific products your looking for? Kinnikinnick offers a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for up to $200ish worth of product. They do have premade items and some mixes. I haven't tried any of their mixes before, but I have tried lots of the premade stuff and it's always been great. |
