chocolate milk!

i just discovered chocolate milk on the shelf at the supermarket today and DAYUM it tasted good! plus - it's packed with calories (great to kick start the day + after a workout); but it does have a fair amount of sugar, but at least it's somethin that finally tastes great, but then again, i'm not really after the ripped look

i'm just a little concerned as to whether there may be some gluten in it, the milk company doesn't even have a website, and google hasn't helped, if someone could clear this up for me that'd be great

what is the brand name? What ingredients are listed?

hehe--i love your name stripformebabe--hehe--------unless the ingreds contain "modified food starch" then you are usually safe--there has only been a couple that i ever questioned--the one i liked best was Kroger brand-------Deb

The big thing you have to watch for in Choc Milk is MALT. Some add it for flavor and that's something you need to stay away from - it derived from barley.
