I just had to write to say that I had a lovely meal out at a Moxies in Edmonton (Alberta, Canada). I don't know if Moxie's exist in the States.
I asked the server about gluten free meals (they are on the recommended list for the Edmonton Celiac society) and a woman comes up to me and lists off what I can & can't have. Lovely ! Their special vegetable of the day was a no go but I had steamed broccoli instead. I had a rice and maple glazed salmon dish - yum ! And I felt great after it (and it wasn't just the wine, LOL). |

| I know that post is old, but I wanted to say I have also had a positive experience at Moxie's in Ottawa. The waitress was aware of celiac, listed everything that was GF, and was very nice about it. They seem very good with allergies in general. |
