I found an amazing cake lady in Arlington, MA. She did the cake for my wedding and very few people realized it was GF. Some of our guests asked me after how I was able to eat the cake. They were very surprised when I told them it was GF. The cake was so beautiful. I will post pictures when I get home.

Her name is Vita Cohen and she started Celia Cakes after her husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. She works out of her home, but the cakes look like they come from a formal bakery. She is very professional and responsive. Her prices are very reasonable.

If you need a cake, she's the lady you should talk to! Her web site is: http://celiacakes.com/.

There was also a recent article about her in the Boston Globe

Beautiful cake! If it tasted half as good as it looks, it must have been delicious.

Do you know if they ship cakes? I couldn't find the answer on her web site.

I'm not sure - you would have to email her. She is very responsive, so you should get an answer the same day. Her email is vita@celicakes.com.
