Does anyone have a good chocolate pudding recipe? I have found quite a few gluten-free pudding recipes but I am not understanding the substitutes for cornstarch. I am allergic to corn so I know I can use either tapioca, and potato starch but I just need to know how much. Here is my recipe I found:
2 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
5 cups sugar
3 cups cornstarch
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa
Can anyone help? Thanks.  |

I just sub Arrowroot for the cornstarch in equal amounts. I purchase Arrowroot from bulk foods online.
