Ruby Foo

Hey all,

I forgot to post this a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to let you know about Ruby Foo in New York City. It's right in the theater district, next to Caroline's Comedy Club...I go there often when I'm in the city because they've always been very aware of food allergies, etc.

Well, I went to see Grease on Broadway a few weeks ago, and afterwards, headed over to Ruby Foo for dinner with friends.

The FIRST thing the waitress asked was if there were any food concerns at the table. I mentioned gluten, and before I could finish my explanation, she was back at the table with a GLUTEN FREE MENU!!! I was over the moon! They even had Foods By George brownies for dessert!!! WAHOO! (Of course, I was far too full to even think about dessert, but hey...)

Ruby Foo is kind of like an Asian-infusion kind of a place--it kind of combines everything...they have sushi, as well as Pad Thai, as well as tempura, etc.

I just had to share.
