Out of cereal-type breakfast food options, I picked up a box of Nu-World's Berry Delicious Hot Amaranth Cereal at Wild Oats last night. Pricey at $5.39 for 7 packets, but I split one in half and got a decent bowl of cereal out of it, tasty too! Looks like they have lots of GF (and free of other stuff) options, and are committed to providing choices for GF people - hooray!

When I was first diagnosed (about 2 and a 1/2 years ago), I did a HUGE order from them (their stuff wasn't in the stores yet). Most of it was good! I have heard a lot of people don't like some of their stuff, but I'm a big amaranth fan in general. Glad they are in stores now (not here, though).
