Can Pamela's Pancake and Baking mix be used as a substitute for wheat flour? Is there anything else that I would need to do to the recipe if I use it as a substitution?
Thanks, Jessica |

I responded to your post over on the glutenfreeforums board, but I will respond over here too.
I use it 1:1 in any recipe that calls for any bisquick type substance. It is not a replacement for wheat flour, it is more of a baking mix. the Pamelas Products website has lots of good recipes, if you are interested.
I also have a clone recipe posted over here if you want to try to make your own. _________________ -Colleen
