I hope it went well today.
Hey Os, I think of you everytime I roll out my Chebe crusts. I am not good with the ol' rolling pin, and most of them come out in some kind of square/rectangular shape. _________________ Nance

LOL Nance!
I haven't tried the Chebe crust since. The last time we played around with pizza it was the Namaste mix. Not too terrible, but I wouldn't get it again. It was certainly more edible than the Chebe crust. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={

Sean was gushing with joy when I got home from work yesterday. He said he loved his school lunch and he can't wait to buy again. He ended up getting menu#4 that I posted on page 1 which was:
-chicken fajita meat (he said the spices were really good)
-Tostitos
-Apple
-Baby carrots
-Chocolate milk
-Ketchup
He did say that the other kids said it wasn't fair that he got a special lunch. I might have casually mentioned that sometimes it is OK to tell other people to shove it.
The cutest thing was when he was doing his prayer in the evening and he kept saying how thankful he was that he got to buy lunch.
So far so good. We will try again next week without the help of the dietician and see how things go. Thanks to everyone who was crossing your fingers. You can uncross them now - they probably have a cramp by now! _________________ -Colleen

Hey - there's gotta be some perks to this crazy mess! I tend to like it that perk. When in Jamaica, I had my own personal chef and he'd make me whatever I wanted. None of that buffet food for the unwashed masses for me, thank you very much! LOL!!!
Yeah..they can shove it
Glad to hear it went well on the maiden voyage. _________________ Al

Awesome Colleen! I'm glad it went so well. I was kinda worried about the special lunch thing. I thought the kids would make fun of him for having a "different" lunch. And yes, there's lots of times when telling people to shove it is OK.  _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
