Pina-Colada Cake

One recipe of MrsP's Basic Yellow Cake
prepared as directed and baked in a 9x13 pan.

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (SCM)
1 can Cream of Coconut (CoC)
1 - 2 cups shredded Coconut
1 cup Pineapple Chunks (drained and chopped a little)

Mix SCM and CoC together.
Poke holes all over hot cake with fork.
Pour SCM/CoC mixture over hot cake.
Let cool.
Top with Coconut and Pineapple.
