My daughter (3) has dairy, soy, egg, and wheat allergies. We are also looking for some good recipes.

One thing my wife has used in place of eggs is clear geletin. It isn't perfect but it's close. My daughter also drinks rice milk (enriched) and have used that in some recipies.

I, too, use Ride by Pacific in my baking and use it in the preparation of mashed potatoes and noone notices the difference. I use Fleischmann's unsalted butter as it contains no milk products. Benecol can be used too but is much more expensive. There is a natural butter called Ghee that runs around ten dollars for a fairly good sized jar from Whole Foods- it is also GF.

I miss the pizza crusts as I cannot tolerate yeast. NO cheese either. NO casein products of any kind. No eggs so use egg replacer by Ener-G and also apple sauce but haven't tried the gelatin yet. Thank you for the kind response.

This recipe sounds good. Now, can someone suggest a GF chips? Can we use Nestle semi sweet morsels? By the way, speaking of GF vanilla flavoring is the ingredient vanillin GF?

Hi!
Vanillin is GF. IT is a pleasant smelling aromatic compound, occurs naturally in vanilla beans.
Very Happy
As to GF chocolate chips Gluten Free Pantry offers them+ they are vegan.
but contain soy.
