My DD sent this recipe to me. We had it last night and MrP really liked it. I am thinking of making this for him when we have spaghetti. I am even thinking that this sauce might make a great alternative to a pizza sauce.

It melts super easy and is very quick to throw together even if you have to grate the parmesan cheese yourself like I had to do. We threw in some of our baked chicken leftovers into the warm sauce while the fettucini noodles I found at the Asian store were cooking. (3 minutes from the start in boiling water.)

I haven't frozen it yet to make sure it freezes well, but it will be tried out soon. LOL

Fettucini Alfredo
8 ounces Cream cheese -- cut in bits
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1/2 cup Milk
8 ounces Fettuccine; cook -- drain

In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and
milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Use the medium setting to melt and turn it down after the sauce is melted as you wait on your noodles to cook. At this point, you can add cooked diced chicken to warm up. Stir constantly so that the cheese doesn't burn.

Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coat well. Leftovers freeze well.
