Does anyone know a good Gas doc. in the Las Vegas area

Hello I have had the blood test and came out positive, and I do know that my stomach is killing me. I want to lose weight and this may work forever. One doctor put me on high blood pressure pills, and dropped me low for a year, I did not know if I would make it, I gained alot of weight, now off all blood pressure pills, never needed in the first place. I take care of my daughter who has throid and diabetes and a grandchild who is healthy, thankyou god. I do have a throid problem that was graves years ago, it was killed. My daughter is divorced and pretty and single 33 yrs old, and has her own car and men our at our front door. I babysit alot. I look for food I can eat, meat and veg.s and fruits, cheeses, Grateful for some foods. I really don't trust doctor's in LV area. Going to a doctor for me is like going to a dentist for some. Well any comments will help. Thank you all.
