I make a big batch of things on Mondays (My Sunday) then grab left overs to reheat at work. Things like Beef Stew or Turkey Veggie Noodle soup. I need something hot during the wintertime. I cook a whole turkey breast and eat it with veggies and roasted potatoes. Any dinner is made with enough for the next day or two.
I'm not a big fan of GF breads but I do use some corn tortilla's for wraps. I'm gonna get some GF La Tortilla wraps tomorrow at Sunny Valley Bakery. I snack during the day with fruit, almonds, GF tortilla chips and Enjoy Life bars...... _________________ "When you come to a fork in the road, take it." - YOGI BERRA |

Today I cooked up some brown rice in my new rice cooker, and steamed some sweet potato, zucchini and broccoli, which I added to my premade sauce. I made a batch of sauce and stored the remainder in containers in the freezer.
For the sauce I used:
Some GF tomato pasta sauce
Fresh Roma Tomatoes
Green Capsicum
1 fresh clove of garlic, crushed
Fresh basil
I had a real craving for rice today, and this seemed to do the job, especially considering I barely had anything in the cupboard or fridge. _________________ - Amy

One of my favorite fast lunches.
I take the gf large crackers from health store. Smear on Cr cheese or cr cheese and chives and add ham. Yummy and quick. |

Our school discourages peanut butter too. It is a HUGE allergy in children that are allergic to peanuts. My two girls have 2 peanut allergies in each class. They cannot even leave their lunch boxes in the classroom if it contains nuts. There are also dedicated peanut free tables at school It is a scary allergy.
I still send it but know they have to take their lunches to the lunch room before school. I am thankful we don't have a peanut allergy. My Celiac Daughter loves PBand J sandwiches. |

| I am not as creative as you all are, I always make too much at dinner for leftovers and I love tortilla rollups. I have even made pb&j on tortillas. Lately I have been craving hot stuff so salsa goes on everything. |

Remember that Jurasic Park sized chicken breast we had for supper last night? Here's what happened to it's twin...
Grilled chicken salad on a toasted Glutino Bagel with fresh sweet corn drizzled with EVOO. _________________ Al

Leftover furikake chicken on a salad with some ranch dressing.
The combo of furikake, teriyaki, and ranch is really pretty good. _________________ Lauren
