You guys are going to be sick of me... or at least Al is who is SO WONDERFUL for always answering me. smile.
I have been reading old posts, but wanted to ask a few questions:
* Tone's Pure Vanilla Extract. The ingredients are: water, alcohol, corn syrup, vanilla bean extractive. Is is a forbidden because of the alcohol?
* Pam organic Canola Oil/ All natural cooking spray. It has organic grain alcohol... that makes it a no-no?
* Pepcid Complete Berry flavored... I don't even know half the things on the ingredient list. GF?
* Tostitos Bite Size Gold chips. Ingredients look good, but how concerned should I be about CC in the Tostitos factories?
* 3 Muskteers mini/bite sized MINT w/ Dark Chocolate. GF?
I'm sorry to put these out there, I would call but worked late tonight and can't get anyone on the phone tonight.
I did find out that most Starbucks bevs are fine AND my all time fav chocolate, Ghiradelli, all of their products are GF except for 2... some white chips thing and one other I'd never heard of. (you guys probably already know that though)
THANK YOU!

Vanilla extract - GF because the alcohol is distilled
Grain alcohol - see above
Pepcid Complete Berry flavored - check here and/or contact the manufacturer.
Tostitos Bite Size Gold chips - they are on the current Frito Lay GF list
3 Muskteers mini/bite sized MINT w/ Dark Chocolate - No idea on that one. I don't see it on the Delphi confirmed products list. Your best bet would be to call the manufacturer. Here is the Mars allergen statement. Looks like they declare wheat and not barley, rye or oats. _________________ -Colleen

Pepcid is GF according to Clan Thompson......I have taken it with no issues. Merck says no products contain Gluten.
Some Starbucks flavors are questionable. The lemonade they make tea with says "Manufactured on equipment that also processes Gluten." Ask to read any of their flavors. They will let you. _________________ "When you come to a fork in the road, take it." - YOGI BERRA |
