Thanks! I've been sticking to the organic stores, and it looks like I over-complicated it. Lee and Perrins is just fine.
Another mistake I made at the organic grocers: purchasing and eating potato chips without looking at the label. Tummy's already swelling within 5 minutes. (So, the reaction happens even before the wheat reaches the lower digestive tract.) I bought $200 worth of food today and the ONLY item on which I didn't peruse the label was the potato chips with gluten. Ugh! Today was going to be my first whole day without gluten. |

You're going to make mistakes at first. Don't beat yourself up over them. It'll get easier with time. Every mistake is a learning experience. _________________ Steph |

Thanks. It is hard when you are trying to not make any mistakes.
I guess the secret is reading every label and planning ahead for the next meal/snack that you are going to eat. |
