Anyone else out there tried kombucha tea? I have brewed my own and find that it helps with my fatigue significantly. Tastes horrible, though.
Also...I have good news! My score on the test that measures gluten ingestion was only 6! That is great! Yay for me!!

| I used to brew my own tea from growing the kombucha. I drank it for months & it does give you energy. I have heard that one should not drink it for long periods of time... Alot of cancer patients use it. You also can now find it already in a bottle at Whole Foods. |

i believe the kombucha sold at whole foods has given me a gluten-type reaction repeatedly. can't say with 100% certainty, but i'm pretty sure i've narrowed it down to the kombucha. stopped drinking it and things cleared up.
anyone else have a similar experience? |

Hey Petrol! Welcome to the board!
Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? It could very well be the tea. Not all tea is GF. _________________ Ostrich :>--O==={
