I just wanted to ask if anyone is using a vitamin that has frutose compounding? It is very important and I have been using my vitamins that do have the fructose compounding and have seen such.. a difference. I never knew that there was no such thing as an FDA approved vitamin until I started researching. Next best thing is to take one that has a scientific patent, which is very hard to get (the patent). We need to make sure that we take a vitamin that is breaking down in our bodies and not just floating through.
