I wish this would have been posted 2 weeks ago when I spent an hour research Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce. I think I go through 2 bottles a week of the stuff now that I know it's ok. My diet may be bland, but at least some of the meat has added flavor now. I love that stuff!!!

Sweet Baby Ray's is my "Montgomery Inn" substitute when I run out. (For those around Cincinnati, Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce was GF last time I checked. )
