Watercourse has a whole list of gluten free options. I've had their coconut sauced tofu, greek salad, and naked breakfast burrito with no problems. They're really cool about everything-all my allergies and jaw issues. Unfortunatley, their gluten free onion rings with dairy free ranch dressing still set my symptoms off- way off the chart. I don't know what's in them, but I leave bloated with a stomach ache. I tried them a couple times just to see, and it happened each time. Thankfully, the rest I've tried there is fabulous. And yes- they are vegetarian.
Outback steakhouse? Hmm.. Yum!
And this sounds fabulous!!!- http://www.debysglutenfree.com/ I am sooo excited!!! I love English Muffins! You just made my day Al! Can you see me smilin'? Thank you!!! |

Deby's is a great place! Monica, the owner, has a heart of gold. Her family is a living testament to the GF lifestyle. Her daughter - Deby - had all sorts of neuro issues, developmental issues...they finally figured out that she had CD. When we talked to her last year when we stopped in, she said Deby was doing extremely well!
Glad your day was made Hehehee

Determining GF status of food by symptoms, is not a good idea. Even though you may not have outward reactions - it still can be causing damage. Silent Celiacs are an excellent example of this. _________________ Al

| I see what you're saying Al. Watercourse is designed for people with lots of allergies. They really try to pay attention to it, and have tons of little symbols all over their menu marking what's gluten free, dairy free, etc. But I see what you are saying- I'll have to be more careful and pay attention to that. |
