Darn it all - but I think I've become sensitive to milk. For some time, I have suspected that fluid milk (skim) and chocolate have been a bit of an issue but lately - seems to be big, worse. FWIW, hard cheese (in moderation) seems to be ok.
I spent over half an hour trying to find distinct symptoms for casein/milk sensitivity or allergy and it seems vague. I keep running into celiac/gluten & autism related links. Anyone able to help me out with this ? I am pretty sure it's not lactose since my sinuses are crazy, almost feels like I've been crying.
My symptoms - dry, painful sinuses, dizziness (esp. when changing levels or moving fast), tiredness, loose stools and gas, stomach cramps, headaches... I have been EXTREMELY careful about gluten but these symptoms are very simliar but somehow different.
Any help would be appreciated ! |

| I also had the same problem trying to find information with casein allergy. I don't have the normal symptoms normally associated with lactose intolerance, which are the bloating, and gas. When I got the results from EntroLab is showed that I was intolerant/allergic to casein. I've been searching for the last year on the symptoms for casein allergies. Does anyone have some good info about casein? I've been feeling very exhausted would this be from casein. My Doctor was going to do some heart tests on me which may explain it too. |
