Sadly, no. It really depends on what you're making. This thread might help. FWIW I use the Featherlight mix pretty often. Seems to work well for most things.

Featherlight Mix

3 cups (4c) Rice Flour
3 cups (4c) Tapioca Flour
3 cups (4c) Cornstarch
3 Tbs. (4 Tbs.) Potato flour (not potato starch)

sorry for the late reply, but here is the update ( I hope it may be helpful for everyone):

I have been on steroids to reduce the inflamation of my right tonsil, and antibotics for infection. After multiple rounds, my right tonsil looks normal for now.

The final blood work never showed anything.

So this is a new concept for me, Sjogrens Syndrome. The hallmark symptoms are dry eyes and dry mouth.
