Soda pop

Prior to going GF, I thought my bloating was from "pop", as we say in the Midwest, but I'm finding that I'm having GF symptoms whenever I drink it. I hardly ever have pop but, but when I do I notice.

Also, can't seem to drink Crystal Lite anymore-even the ice tea is too sweet.

Anyone else having these reactions and what do ya'all drink? (re-located to the south and ya'all has slipped into my vocabulary)

There's several of us that have issues with soda. I do too, GF or not. I'm trying to figure out if it's the carbonation or artificial sweetener.

I can't do any Coke products and I have a problem with fountain drinks. I can drink Diet Pepsi and I drink way too much. Rolling Eyes

I believe they put something in there to make you addicted. Confused

We mix crystal light at half strength. I can't do any of the water flavors, all of them are too sweet to me.
