Thanks for this suggestion and link.
Have you found something that tastes similar to the rye Wasa-type crackers? I know a lot of gf food focuses on substituting for gf wheat (esp. white flour) flavors and consistencies. I have yet to see something parallel RYE.
Gosh, I will miss rye Wasa crackers and Bavarian style vollkornbrot (the dark, dense, moist, whole grain health bread). |
