Well, when I first did it I put a honking huge bar at the foot of my bed between the top and bottom sheets. I figured the bigger the bar, the quicker and bigger the benefit. LOL However, after kicking that big bar around for a few nights, I read that even one of those small hotel-type bars would work, so I put one of those between the bottom sheet and the mattress. That seems to do the trick, and the soap stays put.
