Hang in there. it is a lot to 'digest'. sorry about the pun. LOL
It takes a while for all of us to catch on and even now, something might slip under the radar. (forgetting to always read a label of an item that I trust and then '''''''wham''''''''they change the ingredients.)
Next year this time, you will be a veteran and it will be a lot easier.
