Tonight...at work...leftover mushroom risotto.

Just a question about the Kraft cheese packets. I have never seen the cheese sauce sold separately. Does everybody buy the regular package and then pitch the noodles?

Last night was a type hamburger goulosh thing. I just threw it together. We had squash and zuccinni and mushrooms. So I fried up the hamburger in separate pan sauted the veggies, then threw it all together, as it was almost done, I added about 3/4 cup sour cream! YUM

TOnight, I am heading to Omaha, so who knows.

Pink Poodle > Omaha Steaks. Their prime rib is amazing, though it's the only thing I can eat there.

Last night was meatloaf, hand cut french fries with ranch dressing (our 3 year old calls it white ketchup), and corn. Ice cream sundaes for dessert. Tonight will be pork roast with I don't know what sides. Tomorrow pork ribs on the grill with baked beans and cole slaw.

Pork and ground beef were on sale at the market yesterday. Wink

FINALLY we had some worthy to post about [yeah, we've been grabbing whatever's been laying around as of late - which aint much].

Grilled SBR BBQ chicken breasts.
Grilled red potatoes.
Cucumber, tomato, green pepper, black olive, carrot, onion salad with Good Seasons dressing.

These chicken breasts were HUGE!! They were almost turkey breasts! Peg and I shared one. What you see here was about 1/2 - maybe a tad less.

SBR = Sweet Baby Rays Wink Thanks TEC for turning me on to that!!

Yum Al! Steve and I will be over for dinner tomorrow night! Laughing

We had "everything but the kitchen sink" salad tonight. All the veggies in the salad came out of our garden. Soooo good!

Nice food porn, Al! Looks good.

We got take out PF Changs tonight to celebrate my b'day early with my parents and grandparents. My DH drove an hour and a half round trip to pick it up. Such a great guy!!!

Tomorrow we will be back to left overs and cleaning out what ever is getting old in the fridge. Smile

I think tonight will be a turkey burger and quinoa salad.

I looked for the Mac'n'cheese powder today at my local Dominicks and they don't have it Sad I guess I'll have to look around.
