1/4 cup GF flour ( I useed Rhondas/ Rockin Mix that I posted earlier)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
11/2 cups chopped sharp cheddar (any cheese will do)
season salt / OR garlic salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 cup Chef's Choice GF Chicken Stock
1 Cup NF milk
Heat butter to melting in sauce pan
add flour/stir
add seasonings
add milk and stock
heat til small boil, reduce heat, simmer 10 mintues/ pour over steamed veggies! |
