Al,
That's it! thanks for taking the time to find the post. I'm getting hungry for a nice Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. I had a great recipe for homemade crust, but it won't work for me now.
Thank you again,
Patty |

Hi Patty,
You probably could convert it to a GF recipe. It might take a bit of tweaking...but I think it could be done. Usually a mix of 6 cups rice flour, 2 cups potato starch, 1 cup tapioca starch makes a cup for cup wheat replacement flour. You may find you have to add a bit more depending of the recipe. It might need some xathan gum to hold it together.
Enjoy the pizza!!! _________________ Al

| Kinnikinnick.com has a wonderful frozen pizza crust. They come in 10 inch and 7 inch sizes. Just top with your favorite toppings and cook for 15 minutes. Pizza has become spontaneous again!! Thank you Kinnikinnick! They also have chocolate covered doughnuts that we always keep stocked |

I got this tip from a friend whose daughter has CD. I think they're delicious & quick as can be!
Use Van's wheat free waffles as your pizza base & then put the toppings on top. Make sure you toast them first so they won't be soggy. Then put them in the oven til the toppings are heated.
They really are very good and take about 10 minutes!
