I am wheat/gluten intolerant but have intolerances to quite a few other foods as well.

Having been wheat/gluten free for almost 4 months now DH asked me if maybe I should try to re-introduce one of the least 'offenders', and my nutritionist had originally suggested I wait 3 months. I thought I would maybe try in the next few days but then I bought some new wafer biscuits. Did the usual, read the ingredient list - all ok, however I didn't see the bit hidden below the pack which said 'may contain hazelnuts' and so today I have been suffering with burning stomach, and the usual round of milk/yogurt/gaviscon to try to shift it

Sad

8 hours later my gut is still twinging but I guess it answered DH's question.

I know most of you have several intolerances, have you managed to re-introduce any of the foods successfully, and if so how long did you wait to try?
