I just heard Curtis Zimmerman (I believe that's his name and spelling) speak at Vanderbilt University tonight. He's a motivational speaker. His program tonight included his struggle with celiac disease and gf diet! He had siezures until he was 16, but he was never given much treatment in the hospitals because he was living in poverty. But he was diagnosed, and has been gluten and siezure free ever since. I just thought this was interesting, and perhaps useful!
