My son was diagnosed with celiac disease this summer so I'm still finding my way with the gluten free diet. Now it's coming up to Christmas nd the mince pies are hitting the shops. He loves mince pies, but I never had any success with "normal" mince pies, let alone gluten free! Does anyone know of a really easy mince pie recipe please?
