Not entirely...
You can either:
A) Make it at home with GF Soy Sauce
B) Find a PF Changs as they have a GF Menu: http://www.pfchangs.com/cuisine/menu_spec.jsp
The problem with Asian food is soy sauce and not cleaning their woks. It's a huge contamination problem. They don't wash their woks because it ruins the seasoning.
PF Changs have dedicated GF woks & GF soy sauce _________________ Al

| Yep it is a tough one. I cant make a good fried rice and it's supposed to be easy. I have found a local restraunt that only uses gf soysauce (by chance, it wasn't planned that way)and have a few dishes that are GF. I do have to ask that the foods be prepared from a cleaned wok. It takes longer and I have found it is best to call in around 3 or 4 so they can make it before the dinner rush. Chinese was a staple in our diet before my daughter's diagnoses. |
