Cool link! I'm going to have fun on that page.

I have all of those flours except for one. Shocked I even have a few that are not listed. I think I need a 12 step program for GF flour addiction.

Hey Colleen - did you see the bit on Cabernet flour in the newest Living Without? Do you have that one? Or does anyone know where to get it? I'm intrigued.

I read about it over on Delphi, but I haven't seen it anywhere to purchase. I bet it is expensive.
