Does anyone have any info on the Cheesecake Factory? Are any of their cheesecakes gluten-free? I called today but received a vague" uhm...I don't think so" from an employee who sounded like she was about sixteen. I really wanted to take my daughter there but she has celiac disease Sad Thanks for any help you can provide!

Every cheesecake recipe that I have ever used has been gluten free. I just have to make them without the crust. They still dip out of the pie plate well. I found this really good recipe on the Kraft website. The cheesecake has blueberries and strawberries on top, with a layer of cherry jello on top of that. Go to the Kraft website, they have lots of choices.
