Hi
I'm a knew kid on the block. I have made my own breads but I was in a small health food store on Main st. in Fallbrook ( I live there) anyway I was
asking about there bread when a patron told me Ezekiel Sprouted grain breads can be used for people on gluton free foods for life. Anyone know if that's ok, or someone being hopeful but folish.

Thank you Maxine

Hi Maxine,

Glad you're here!

Sadly many are told that sprouted grain, spelt, and a host of other things are GF when they are not.

Even if the sprouted grain was GF...this bread would not be due to the barley.

Celiac.com's info on Sprouted Grain

I hope this help!!

I also was told that the Exekiel wheat sprout English Muffins were gluten free by an employee at our health food store. I called Exekiel and was told their products ARE NOT gluten free and that they would have a sales representative speak to the people in the store.
