This morning I was so hungry for oatmeal but knew it was a no no. I had purchased some cream of Buckwheat and it was really good. I felt it had a little of the texture that oatmeal would of had and one serving was very filling. What is nice the box says leftovers can be frozen, so I tried a small portion. Anyway if you are missing your oatmeal you might want to give this a chance. Have a great day
